Sell Fries Win Rewards and Hard Mode: What the Screen Shows

Read the visible gem reward labels, First Shift achievement, run statistics, and hard-mode unlock instruction from a recorded win.

What does the completed run show?

Version note: these original frames predate the reported Halloween basement cutscene change. They document the recorded reward labels and unlock message; they are not a fresh test of the current event build.

At 67:34 in TheKacperosEN’s full walkthrough, the game displays “YOU WIN!” after the basement sequence. The screenshot below captures the run statistics, reward panel, achievement notification, and hard-mode message together. These are observations from one creator’s recording, not results from our own playthrough.

If you have the key but have not reached this screen, follow the basement route with screenshots. Finding the key and finishing the run are separate steps in the visible sequence.

How many gems does this win award?

The panel contains several separate labels. Here is the exact distinction we can preserve from the frame:

Visible field Displayed value What this frame establishes
Main GEMS amount +100 The large number displayed in the gem panel
Key hunt 100% The percentage printed beneath that number
Win bonus +50 A separately printed win-bonus line
Gem Bonus x1 The multiplier label printed on the panel

We do not add these labels into a claimed 150-gem account payout. This frame does not show a before-and-after lobby balance, nor does it explain whether the large number already incorporates another displayed component. That distinction matters if you are budgeting gems for a permanent purchase.

For the same reason, this screenshot cannot establish the reward from a failed run or a hard-mode completion. It shows the labels attached to this particular victory. Check the result screen in your own run before spending based on an expected payout.

What statistics were recorded in this run?

Result-screen statistic Value shown
Time 1:06:49
Money earned $1,160,661
Fries sold 11,150
Potatoes peeled 14
Days survived 7

These figures describe one finished run. “Money earned” is not evidence that the same cash carries into the next lobby. Likewise, “Potatoes peeled” should not be reinterpreted as the total number of potatoes processed by all equipment: the screen does not explain the statistic’s counting rules.

Seven survived days also does not mean every key arrives on day seven. The video reaches this screen around 67 minutes, while the game reports its own elapsed time of 1:06:49. Keep those two clocks separate. Neither is a general completion-time promise or a useful basis for comparing two upgrades without matching the other conditions. Our kitchen upgrade guide keeps purchase observations separate from unmeasured earnings claims.

How do you unlock and enable hard mode?

The lower-left panel says “HARD MODE UNLOCKED!” followed by “Turn it on in the lobby!” A separate notification at the upper right says “New Achievement — First Shift.” The return button reads “RETURN TO LOBBY.”

For this recorded completion, the next step is therefore to return to the lobby and enable hard mode there. The result screen does not show the toggle’s exact position, so this guide does not invent a menu path or mobile button location.

Does hard mode pay more or change anomaly timing?

This victory screenshot cannot answer either question. It documents an unlock, not a controlled comparison between normal and hard-mode runs. We have not established a hard-mode payout multiplier, fixed giant schedule, or average time to the key from this evidence.

Use the anomaly handling guide for the currently documented visual cues. See how we verify observations for the information a future comparison needs before we can publish reliable reward or difficulty differences.
